Bahan-bahan :
- 275 gram tepung beras
- 75 gram tepung sagu/tapioka
- 300 gram gula pasir
- 3 lembar daun pandan
- 950 ml santan
- 1 sendok teh pewarna makanan hijau
- 1 sendok teh pewarna makanan merah
- 1 sendok teh garam
- 1 sendok makan minyak goreng
Langkah-langkah membuat kue lapis
- Pertama-tama masak santan, garam dan daun pandan hingga mendidih, kemudian diamkan sampai hangat. Di wadah yang berbeda (mangkuk berukuran besar), campur tepung beras, tepung sagu, gula, tuangi santan yang sudah hangat tadi sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk-aduk hingga gula larut dan adonan tercampur rata.
- Setelah itu, bagi adonan menjadi 3 bagian dan beri warna masing-masing sesuai selera anda. Siapkan loyang berukuran 20 x 20 cm, olesi dengan minyak (jangan terlalu banyak), kemudian panaskan dalam panci kukus.
- Tuangkan kurang lebih 50 ml adonan warna pertama, tutup panci pengukus dan tunggu hingga 5 menit. Tumpangi dengan adonan warna kedua, tutup panci pengukus dan tunggu kembali hingga 5 menit. Demikian seterusnya sampai adonan habis.
- Kukus hingga matang, kira-kira membutuhkan waktu kurang lebih 30 menit. Setelah matang, angkat, potong-potong, dan sajikan.
